Abstract: A method and system provide a way of determining if equipment is at risk at an incident scene. A call is received about a new incident. The new incident includes an incident type, an incident location, and an incident severity. It is then determined that insured equipment is located at the incident location. An incident report is generated. The incident report includes a list of at-risk equipment at the incident location. A property owner of the at-risk equipment at the incident location is then alerted.

Abstract: An ordering system (102) generates subscription offerings and receives an order entry in response thereto, for configuring a plurality of mobile communication devices (116) and gateways. A service management system (106) having a service management controller processes the order entry and establishes subscription services in response thereto. The subscription services are based on one or more of features, bearer providers, and capabilities associated with the plurality of mobile communication devices and gateways. The service management system (106) manages the selection of optimal bearer providers as the gateways for the transport of features requested in the order. A billing service (120) is adjusted in accordance with deployment and management of the mobile communication devices, including the transfer of mission critical functions from narrowband bearer providers to broadband bearer providers.

Abstract: An evidentiary management process for digital data associated with a localized Miranda-type process includes first detecting an electronic Miranda-type process trigger event, capturing audio/video of a suspect and storing a unique identifier of the suspect, selecting a particular stored Miranda-type warning variation, and then playing back the selected warning variation and storing an indication thereof. Then the unique identifier of the suspect and the stored indication of the warning variation are aggregated into a single data structure. An electronic anti-tamper process is then applied to the single data structure to generate an anti-tamper indicator, and the single data structure and anti-tamper indicator are stored or transmitted to a remote device.
