Abstract: An Internet of Things (IoT) device contact section of a user address book will be created for devices accessing IoT devices. IoT devices will appear in the various sections of a user's contact list. For example, recently-accessed IoT devices may appear in the “recently called” section of the user's contacts, favorite IoT devices may appear in a “favorites” section of the user's contacts, and/or nearby IoT devices may appear in a “nearby IoT devices” section of the user's contacts.
