Abstract: A syringe is provided with a needle that includes a needle tube having a needle tip that can puncture a living body, a needle holding member, and an outer tube that is filled with a drug. The needle holding member is formed integrally and coaxially with the needle tube by insert molding. The needle holding member has a distal end and a proximal end, and can hold the needle tube in a state where the needle tip of the needle tube is protruded from the distal end. The outer tube is fixed to the needle holding member by welding. The needle holding member and the outer tube are formed from essentially the same material.
