摘要： The present disclosure gives description of a method used for the detection and quantification of dengue viral infection caused by dengue virus using nucleic acids isolated from blood, plasma or serum samples by employing Oligonucleotide probes. The method employed here for detection is by Real time PCR. The instant disclosure also provides for primers, probes, PCR Reaction mixture and kit thereof.
