摘要： This present disclosure relates to folate mimetics and their use in therapeutic and diagnostic applications. More particularly, the disclosure relates to using des-glutamyl folic acid analogs recognized by and selectively bound by folate receptors and other folate binding proteins and the use of such analogs for targeted delivery of diagnostic or therapeutic agents to folate-receptor bearing cell populations.
