摘要: The present invention is directed to provide an apparatus and method for forming food into doughnut shape that is capable of forming food into rings with a simple structure. The apparatus includes a supplying unit supplying a food material 2; a discharging unit 3 continuously discharging the supplied food material through a nozzle; a forming unit 4 dividing the food material into rings; a conveyor belt 5 carrying the resulting doughnut-shaped food products; and a support unit 6 supporting the products. The supplying unit 2 supplies an outer food material F and an inner food material G to the discharging unit 3 under pressure. The discharging unit 3 includes an inside forming member 32, around which the inner food material G is intermittently discharged from an annular outlet 34, and the outer food material is continuously discharged to sandwich the inner food material G, resulting in formation of a tubular food material. The forming unit 4 includes a plurality of shutter members 40 disposed around the discharging unit 3, and moves the shutter members 40 to divide the continuously discharged tubular food material into pieces of a doughnut shape.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a dough processing apparatus capable of not only stably thinning and shaping dough, such as a pizza dough, and so forth, into a thin sheet-like shape, but also coping with dough in a wide variety of shapes with ease. A rounded dough f obtained by portioning out dough to a predetermined quantity is transferred toward under a first beating mechanism, and a second beating mechanism by a belt conveyor. The first beating mechanism, and the second beating mechanism make the vertical movement, alternately, whereupon the dough f is pressed under pressure to be thereby thinned. The dough f after thinned is then transferred by the belt conveyor to be delivered to a dough-shaping apparatus. The dough f is transferred by a belt conveyor to be surrounded by a horizontal die. The dough f as surrounded by the horizontal die is pushed down from above by a rotator provided with a plurality of push-rollers. Upon rotation of the rotator, the dough f is thinned by the plurality of the push-rollers to be thereby shaped into a shaped dough F in the shape of a thin sheet, circular in a plan view.

摘要: In a digital camera having multiple optical systems, multiple image capturing elements are effectively driven to reduce power consumption. A digital camera has a first image capturing optical system having a lens and a first image sensor and a second image capturing optical system having a lens and a second image sensor. A controller and timing generator selects the image signal from the first image capturing optical system while controlling an operation or power of the second image sensor and a clock driver to be OFF when the zoom position falls within a first zoom range. When the zoom position falls within a second zoom range, the image signal from the second image capturing optical system is selected while an operation or power of the first image sensor and a clock driver is controlled to be OFF. An operation or power of the image capturing optical system which is not selected is stopped so that power consumption is reduced.

摘要: An automobile window molding includes an elongated leg having an embedded core member, an outer head portion having a contact portion, an inner support portion, a seal lip and a position control portion. The molding is suited to position a window in a supporting window frame. The head portion is integrally formed at an upper end of the leg and extends over a portion of the front widow glass. The contact portion is defined by a projection positioned between the head portion and the inner support portion so as to touch the end surface of the front window glass. The inner support portion is formed at a lower end of the leg and is configured to touch an inner surface of the front window glass. The perimeter of the front window glass is held between the head portion and the inner support portion. At least one seal lip is formed on the leg so as to contact a window frame. The position control portion is preferably bent towards the window glass, such that the projection is disposed to be closer to the inner support portion than to the core member.

摘要: In a two layer extrusion molding, a core part 11 is formed of hard resin material, a crease pattern 11a having a given depth, preferably, a depth in the range of 10 to 20 .mu.m is formed on the surface of the core part 11, and a skin part 12 formed of soft resin material is coated on the surface of the core part 11. Thus, the core part and skin part are effectively prevented from being detached from each other to thereby improving the quality of the molded product.
