    摘要： Traps are disclosed for controlling flying insects such as wasps. The traps are pre-packaged with attracting liquid prior to sale, and then sealed with a peel-off film in a manner that prevents leakage prior to use. When the trap is about to be used, the peel-off film is removed to expose both a trap entry and a pivotable stand. A rain/sun shield is then mounted on the stand, preferably with the upper portion of the stand projecting through the shield to form part of a hanger.

    摘要： A bait station for offering a bait to a target insect comprising an open top base, a cap enclosing the open top base and a spike extending downwardly from the base. The base includes a floor, an outer wall that extends upwardly from the floor to an outer rim, and an inner wall that extends upwardly from the floor to an inner rim. The inner wall is spaced inwardly from the outer wall and defines a central bait well for containing insect bait. The base further includes an insect climbable tapered wall extending downwardly and outwardly from the inner wall that cooperates with the outer wall to define a moat that surrounds the bait well, and at least one doorway formed in the outer wall of a size sufficient to permit a target insect ingress to an egress from the bait well.

    摘要： An insect control tape that includes a substrate having a longitudinal direction with a first face and a second face opposite the first face. An insecticide or other pest control agent is applied to the first face in a longitudinal strip with adjacent side regions that are free of the agent. An adhesive covers at least part of the second face to anchor the tape on a floor. A web covers the first face and the agent. A consumer can press the tape down on a floor by contacting the web to install the tape, with reduced risk of contacting active, while still permitting crawling insects such as roaches to normally contact the active as they crawl over the tape.

    摘要： A container for a volatile liquid in a liquid dispensing device comprises a body and a neck extending from the body to define an opening. A retention structure is integral with the container body and is adapted to be releasably engaged with two opposing sidewalls of a housing of the dispensing device. The sidewalls are spaced apart in a first direction, and the retention structure is inhibits motion of the container in two opposing directions generally transverse to the first direction. The retention structure may be located on a side of the container body. A capillary member extends from inside the container to an exterior of the container. The volatile liquid migrates along the capillary member from the reservoir to the exterior of the container where it is evaporated from the surface of the capillary member by forced airflow generated by a motorized fan mounted in the housing.
