    摘要: In order to extract a message block from a maintenance message applied from a telecommunications network, a plurality of message block extracting masks is prepared. Each of the masks defines at least one position of a message block to be extracted from the maintenance information. The block extracting masks are stored in a first memory. The maintenance message is received and then stored in a second memory. Following this, the maintenance message received is identified. A mask which corresponds to the maintenance message received, is retrieved from the first memory. A message block is extracted using the mask stored in the second memory.
