Abstract: Various solutions for problem cell handling with respect to user equipment in mobile communications are described. An apparatus may transmit user equipment (UE) capability information to a cell. The apparatus may determine the cell as a problem cell in response to no service received from the cell. The apparatus may reduce a size of the UE capability information. The apparatus may further transmit the reduced UE capability information to the problem cell.
