Abstract: A method may include, receiving, by a computer system, indications of a plurality of attributes associated with applicable individuals, wherein each respective one of the applicable individuals is a member of a human population and is a potential user of a medical therapy. The method may further include, for each respective attribute of the plurality of attributes, receiving, by the computer system, a respective indication of a prevalence of the respective attribute, and estimating, by the computer system, based on the indications of the prevalence of the respective attributes, a number of applicable individuals. The method may also include outputting, by the computer system, the estimate of the number of the applicable individuals.
