Abstract: A massage roller is disclosed that provides a pair of massage roller assemblies each having at least one roller element in opposed spaced relationship to allow a massageable portion of a user's body to be positioned between the roller elements for a rolling massage effect. The pair of massage roller assemblies may also be detached from the massage roller such that each massage roller assembly independently can be utilized for massaging a massageable portion of a user's body.
