摘要： A firearm holster has a plate, a firearm enclosure configured to carry a firearm, and an elastic hinge. The hinge couples the plate to the enclosure and allows for relative motion between the plate and enclosure about the hinge. This relative motion about the elastic hinge during use allows for parts of a hand of a user to be inserted between the plate and enclosure when establishing or maintaining a grip on a firearm carried by the holster.
