摘要： A table includes a support structure comprising a first wire support and a second wire support. Each of the first and second wire supports comprises opposite ends that are joined to define a first and second foot. A portion of each of the first and second wire supports form a first and second support platform respectively. A work surface is supported on the first and second support platforms. In another aspect, a preferred embodiment of the support structure further comprises a first and second cap member disposed on an upper surface of the work surface and connected to the first and second support platforms such that the work surface is clamped therebetween. In another aspect, an accessory includes a mounting portion that is disposed between a first surface of a work surface and one of the support platform and the cap member. The cap member is connected to the support platform with the mounting portion clamped between one of the support platform and the cap member and the work surface.

摘要： A cutting device especially designed for cutting up salad greens includes two blades, a rib and handles. The two blades are inter-secured to rotate together about a common axis, but are spaced apart from each other along the common axis. The rib is pivotably secured to the two blades so as to rotate about the common axis, and is curved in a direction of rotation so as to have a concave surface. The handles are integrated with the two blades and the rib to control the two blades and the rib to rotate simultaneously between open and closed positions. The concave surface of the rib is the lead surface when moving from the open position to the closed position, and the cutting edges of the two blades cross edges of the concave surface when moving from the open position to the closed position, so as to perform a cutting action.

摘要： A pair of kitchen shears comprises a pair of blade members having respective handle portions at their proximal end regions and respective cutting edges at their distal end regions, and a coupling mechanism for coupling the blade members for pivoting movement with respect to each other about a pivot axis generally perpendicular to the blade members so that the cutting edges can be pivoted towards and away from each other about said axis. The coupling mechanism is manually operable to selectively decouple the blade members from each other. At least one of the blade members has a knife edge along its distal end region so it can function as a paring knife when separated from the other blade member.
