Abstract: An apparatus comprises an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuitry including a first diode having a cathode coupled to a first signal input and an anode coupled to a signal ground input, a second diode having a cathode coupled to a second signal input and an anode coupled to the signal ground input, and a third diode having a cathode coupled to the signal ground input and an anode coupled to a substrate ground. In one or more examples, the apparatus comprises an analog front-end including a first analog front-end circuitry coupled to the first signal input and the signal ground input, and a second analog front-end circuitry coupled to the second signal input and the signal ground input.
