Abstract: A mobile terminal and an operating method thereof are provided. The operating method includes bookmarking a plurality of websites using a touch screen of the mobile terminal, and storing a plurality of images respectively corresponding to the bookmarked plurality of websites; displaying on the touch screen an image array including the stored plurality of images in such a manner to create a sense of distance; and if a drag signal is input via a touch screen, changing at least one of the sizes of the images in the image array, at least one image in the image array, and an arrangement of the images in the image array, according to a direction and distance corresponding to the input drag signal. Therefore, it is possible to easily access and manage bookmarked websites.

Abstract: A method of controlling the operation of a mobile terminal equipped with first and second display modules provided on first and second surfaces, respectively, of a main body of the mobile terminal is provided. The method includes displaying an image on the first display module; displaying an operation control menu on the second display module; and controlling the image according to a menu item selected from the operation control menu. Therefore, it is possible to increase the spatial efficiency of the first display module by displaying a screen image and an operation control menu for controlling the screen image separately on the first and second display modules.

Abstract: A mobile terminal and controlling method thereof are disclosed. The present invention includes a touchscreen and a control unit, after first and second points on the touchscreen have been simultaneously touched with a pointer, if the pointer is released from the first point while the second point keeps being touched with the pointer, the control unit controlling the release of the pointer from the first point to be recognized as a first used command, the control unit, after the first and second points on the touchscreen have been simultaneously touched with the pointer, if the pointer is released from the second point while the first point keeps being touched with the pointer, the control unit controlling the release of the pointer from the second point to be recognized as a second user command.
