摘要： An inorganic electroluminescence device includes a substrate, a first electrode layer including a plurality of segment electrodes disposed on the substrate and separated from each other, a phosphor layer on the first electrode layer, a dielectric layer on the phosphor layer, and a second electrode layer on the dielectric layer. A voltage is applied to each of the plurality of segment electrodes so that the inorganic electroluminescence device can be turned on or turned off.

摘要： An inorganic electroluminescent device includes; a lower electrode, a dielectric layer which is disposed on the lower electrode and includes a low dielectric material layer and a high dielectric material layer, an inorganic light emitting layer disposed on the dielectric layer, and an upper electrode disposed on the inorganic light emitting layer, wherein the low dielectric material layer has a greater dielectric constant than the high dielectric material layer.
