摘要： An outdoor unit of an air-conditioning apparatus includes a fan chamber, a machine chamber, a partition plate, and an electrical component unit. The partition plate is provided, in its upper part, with a planar receiving surface portion for receiving a holder. The holder is provided with a positioning protrusion protruding downward. A cutout portion into which the positioning protrusion is inserted is formed in the receiving surface portion. At least one inclined surface portion that is inclined downward from the receiving surface portion and guides the positioning protrusion to the cutout portion is provided at an end portion of the receiving surface portion that leads to the cutout portion.

摘要： Provided is an outdoor unit for an air-conditioning apparatus having high reliability. A protective net disposed over an air inlet at a rear surface of a casing includes a frame body defining an outer periphery of the protective net, and a plurality of vertical bars and a plurality of horizontal bars crossing each other inside the frame body and defining a plurality of ventilation openings. Each horizontal bar has an upper surface having a downwardly open V-shape in vertical cross-section formed by combining a rear upper surface inclined downward and rearward and a front upper surfaced inclined downward and forward. When it snows, snow on the horizontal bar slides off a downward slope without freezing into ice on the horizontal bar. Accordingly, a reduction in an opening area of the ventilation openings due to ice does not occur.

The screw hole is located in a surrounding area which surrounds the drain hole, and the heater fixing tool is fixed to the bottom plate in the surrounding area.

摘要： A fan motor support includes a rightward-and-leftward direction guide piece which projects in a direction of approaching a fan motor from a lower intermediate transverse plate or an upper intermediate transverse plate extending across a pair of support columns in a rightward-and-leftward direction at a position above or below the fan motor in a vertical direction at a distance apart from the fan motor.
