    摘要： The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus which is a multiple functions exercise apparatus. One function of the exercise apparatus allows the user taking chin-up exercise substantially solely by his fingers. The exercise apparatus comprises a frame, two guiding mechanisms respectively connected to the left and right sides of the frame, a load unit positioned on the frame, a cable-and-pulley device connected to the frame and linked the load unit and the guiding mechanisms, and the cable-and-pulley device further having two pulling portions engaged with respective guiding mechanisms, at least an exercise accessory operable connected to at least one pulling portion, at least two climbing-holds mounted on the frame for the user gripping thereon and taking chin-up exercise.

    摘要： A foldable treadmill comprising a base bracket, a deck coupled to the base bracket for moving between a use position and a stored position, a support post extending upwardly and movably coupled to the deck, and a handle pivotally connected to the support post. A handle linkage can be coupled to the handle, and a lifting device can be coupled between the base bracket and the handle linkage for moving the handle when the deck is being moved. In one embodiment, the lifting device includes a support rod coupled to the support post and a deck rod coupled between the base bracket and the support rod. In this embodiment, the support rod has a first portion slidably coupled to the deck and another portion coupled to the handle linkage. The treadmill can further include a control panel movably coupled to the top portion of the support post. Preferably, a link bar is coupled between the control panel and the handle for moving the control panel when the deck is being moved.

    摘要： A handle is disclosed for tools such as shovels and the like. The handle includes first and second legs, each of which has a first end which is securable to a tool head such that the first and second legs extend outwardly from the tool head in generally parallel relation to one another. A handlebar is connected to second ends of the first and second legs. The handlebar is curved to accommodate a normal orientation of a user's wrists. A lower handle is slidably connected to the first and second legs so as to be moveable toward and away from the handlebar and pivotable between a retracted position and an operating position. In the operating position the lower handle extends outward from a plane defined by the first and second legs. A slide lock is provided for selectively securing the lower handle to the first and second legs.
