Abstract: A lipolysis device that includes: a base material having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface; a glycerol introduction portion on the first surface of the base material, the glycerol introduction portion having a protrusion containing a lipolytic enzyme or a peptide compound having equivalent activity to that of the lipolytic enzyme; and a glycerol oxidation portion on the second surface of the base material, the glycerol oxidation portion containing glycerol oxidase that oxidizes glycerol introduced from the glycerol introduction portion.
