Abstract: A solid-state battery that includes a battery element body including a positive electrode layer and a negative electrode layer stacked with respect to each other with a solid electrolyte layer interposed therebetween; and an exterior material covering a surface of the battery element body, wherein the exterior material is a sintered body containing a glassy material and at least two crystalline materials, and the glassy material and the at least two crystalline materials contain at least one common element.
