Abstract: A solid-state battery that includes a solid-state battery layered body including a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte interposed between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, wherein at least one electrode layer of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer has a tapered shape toward an edge of the electrode layer in a sectional view thereof, and the positive electrode layer, the negative electrode layer, and the solid electrolyte are an integrally sintered body.

Abstract: Provided is a solid oxide fuel cell module that is small in size and is capable of stably generating power. A plurality of power generation units and are located such that a first fuel cell and an oxidant gas preheater connected to a second fuel cell adjacent to the first fuel cell are adjacent to each other. A solid oxide fuel cell module includes a partition member. The partition member partitions a combustion chamber into a region including the first fuel cell and a region including the second fuel cell as well as into the region including the first fuel cell and a region including the oxidant gas preheater connected to the second fuel cell.

Abstract: A solid-state battery including a solid-state battery laminate having a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer interposed between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, each of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer having an electrode active material. A first active material contour portion in which the electrode active material in one of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer extends to a first plan-view contour of the solid-state battery laminate, and a first non-active material contour portion in which the electrode active material in the other of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer does not extend to the first plan-view contour of the solid-state battery laminate face each other in a lamination direction.
