Abstract: An advice generation apparatus includes: an information acquisition unit that acquires a first blood glucose level being a blood glucose level of a subject at a first timing, meal information relating to a meal to be ingested by the subject later than the first timing, and a reference range of the blood glucose level of the subject; a rule acquisition unit that acquires a blood glucose level estimation rule which is set for each subject and estimates, using the first blood glucose level and the meal information, a second blood glucose level being a blood glucose level at a second timing after ingesting the meal; a blood glucose level estimation unit that estimates the second blood glucose level using the first blood glucose level, the meal information, and the blood glucose level estimation rule; and an advice generation unit that generates advice information including advice relating to the meal.
