Abstract: There are provided a purchase analysis apparatus and method, and the like for analyzing in detail behavior of a customer related to a product or the like. A purchase analysis apparatus includes an action specification unit that analyzes an action of the customer in a sales room included in the captured video data and specifies the action of the customer according to a stored action pattern, a product-related information specification unit that specifies product-related information in which the customer is interested, based on the specified action of the customer or a position of the customer, and an association unit that associates the specified action with the product-related information.
