    Abstract: A chordwise segment connection structure for wind turbine blades includes: a blade body including a pressure side and a suction side; a leading edge shell and a trailing edge shell formed by the skin of the pressure side and the suction side along the chord length of the blade, the pressure side and the suction side being each provided with a spar cap; and a shear web provided in a cavity of the blade body and extending between the pressure side and the suction side to support the spar cap; wherein the spar caps on the pressure side and the suction side are bonded and fixed to a skin structure where the leading edge shell and the trailing edge shell are spliced, so that the leading edge shell and the trailing edge shell are spliced with the spar caps to form the profile of the wind turbine blade.

    Abstract: A spanwise segment connection structure for wind turbine blades includes a first segment and a second segment provided along the length direction of the wind turbine blade. At least one splicing surface is provided between the first and second segments; and a structural adhesive layer provided at the splicing surface for splicing and fixing the first and second segments; wherein the bonding length of the structural adhesive layer conforms to the inclination angle of the slope structure, and a biaxial fabric reinforcement layer is provided on the outer side of a skin interface of the splicing surface. The weight of the blade is reduced and the production cost is reduced through the bonding and fixing of the first and second segments. The splicing surface in form of the slope structure increases the bonding area and reduces the stress concentration on the splicing surface of the first and second segments.

    Abstract: A modular wind power blade structure and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The structure includes a windward shell, a leeward shell, a T-shaped rib and a support member. The windward shell and leeward shell are assembled relative to each other to form a complete cross-sectional structure of the blade, the T-shaped rib is fixed on the windward shell and leeward shell along length direction of the blade and a plurality of the T-shaped ribs is provided at an interval in width direction of the blade, and the support member comprises a web and spar caps connected at both ends of the web, the two spar caps respectively fixedly connected to the inner wall of the windward shell and the leeward shell, and the T-shaped rib and the spar cap are pultruded profiles, and the windward shell and the leeward shell are formed through an automatic tape laying process.
