Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide the apparatus for mounting the child safety seat and a seat for the vehicle with such the apparatus for mounting the child safety seat which are capable of easing a restriction on a position of the child safety seat on the seat or the vehicle due to a limited width of the vehicle on which the seat for the vehicle is provided, to enhance degree of freedom on such a position, while at the same time, capable of mounting the child safety seat on the seat for the vehicle in a precise and reliable manner in such a way that the child safety seat can endure an impact load in the longitudinal of the vehicle or the side direction.
