Abstract: This rotor includes a rotor shaft, a permanent magnet held at an outer periphery of the rotor shaft, and a magnet reinforcement tube formed in a cylindrical shape and covering the permanent magnet from an outer peripheral side of the permanent magnet. The magnet reinforcement tube includes plural layers layered in a radial direction, and has plural fiber sheets wound individually for each layer, and each fiber sheet being solidified with resin.
