    Abstract: A rotary electric machine includes: a rotor having a shaft extending in an axial direction and rotor magnets arranged along a circumferential direction; a stator having a coil and surrounding the rotor; a housing supporting the stator; a pair of magnetic bearings on opposite sides in the axial direction of the rotor magnet; and a position adjusting member held by the housing. The stator holds the rotor rotatably in the axial direction by a field current flowing through the coil. The magnetic bearing includes a cylindrical inner magnet fixed to the rotor and a cylindrical outer magnet fixed to the housing and surrounding the inner magnet, and holds the rotor rotatably in the radial direction. The rotor has a stepped surface facing the axial direction. The position adjusting member has an opposing surface facing the stepped surface, and is movable in the axial direction with respect to the housing.

    Abstract: A motor armature includes a laminated body including a stack of magnetic bodies each having an annular and plate shape, an extended body that opposes an opposing peripheral surface that is at least one of an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the laminated body and extends along a stacking direction of the magnetic bodies, and a holder stacked on the laminated body in the stacking direction to hold the laminated body. The holder includes a plate portion that extends along the laminated body and has higher rigidity than the magnetic bodies, and a sleeve portion that extends in contact with the extended body.

    Abstract: A core body has an annular shape surrounding a central axis extending in an axial direction and includes core pieces connected to each other along a circumferential direction and each including a core piece body and a connector fixed to the core piece body. The connectors in the core pieces adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction include rotating connection portions connected to each other to be rotatable about a rotation axis extending in the axial direction, and rotation stopping portions which come into contact with each other in a radial direction.
