Abstract: A machine learning device, a deterioration estimation device, and a deterioration diagnostic apparatus capable of estimating a deterioration state of a non-inspected outside facility without dispatching a technician to the site are provided. A machine learning device 301 according to the present invention generates a learning model M1 by which a computer determines deterioration of an outside facility and includes an input unit 11 to which facility data D1 representing features and states of the outside facility and deterioration data D2 representing presence or absence of deterioration that has occurred in the outside facility are input, and an analysis unit 12 which generates the learning model M1 by performing supervised learning using the facility data of the outside facility in a deterioration state and the facility data of the outside facility that is not in a deterioration state as training data.

Abstract: Even when a missing portion occurs in a solid data set on a columnar structure, an estimator for a deflection value and an accuracy of the deflection value are correctly estimated according to an extent of the missing portion and the like. A measurement accuracy estimation unit (15) is included that: calculates a deflection of a columnar structure and an extent of a missing portion, from a solid data set on the columnar structure; calculates an accuracy assessment indicator for the deflection that is acquirable when a plurality of missing portion patterns occur on a virtual basis, based on a plurality of solid data sets in each of which the calculated extent of the missing portion is smaller than a preset threshold value, the accuracy assessment indicator being calculated for each missing portion pattern; and calculates an accuracy of the deflection calculated from the solid data set, based on the calculated accuracy assessment indicator for each missing portion pattern, and based on the calculated extent of the missing portion in the solid data set.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a ground boundary estimation method, a ground boundary estimation apparatus, and a program that can acquire the elevation of the ground boundary of the electrical pole quickly and accurately even when the base of the electrical pole is shielded by any shield at observation of the electrical pole. According to the ground boundary estimation method of the present invention, a difference in height between the columnar shape of a three-dimensional model of a columnar object such as an observed electrical pole and a standard shape of the columnar object at a position in which the three-dimensional model and the standard shape are equal to each other in the horizontal dimension is determined, and a penetration depth prescribed by the standard is subtracted from the difference in height, to find a height of a shielded portion of the ground boundary of the columnar object.

Abstract: An object of the present disclosure is to provide a ground-based height measurement method, a ground-based height measurement device, and a program capable of measuring the lowest height of a cable above a ground even when three-dimensional point cloud data of the cable is insufficient. The ground-based height measurement method according to the present disclosure can acquire three-dimensional point cloud data that seems to be a cable by forming a measurement range of a predetermined size above a travel trajectory of MMS (at an arrangement height of the cable). Then, the number of three-dimensional point clouds included in the measurement range is counted and when the number is equal to or larger than a threshold value, the height is measured as a measurement object. The ground-based height measurement method according to the present disclosure can measure the lowest height of the cable above a ground even when the three-dimensional point cloud data of the cable is insufficient because modeling is not performed from the three-dimensional point cloud data.

Abstract: A columnar object state detection device according to an embodiment is a device for detecting a state of a columnar object including: an acquisition unit configured to acquire central axis data that is an array of coordinate values of center points of the columnar object in a horizontal direction at a plurality of predetermined heights of the columnar object; an approximation equation calculating unit configured to calculate a correction approximation equation for correcting the coordinate values of the central axis data acquired by the acquisition unit through curve fitting for the array of coordinate values of the central axis data acquired by the acquisition unit; and correction unit configured to correct the coordinate values of the acquired central axis data using the correction approximation equation calculated by the approximation equation calculating unit.
