Abstract: A patch including a polyurethane film, a first adhesive layer provided on one surface of the polyurethane film, and a cover tape provided on the other surface of the polyurethane film, wherein the cover tape includes a base material and a second adhesive layer provided on one surface of the base material and an adhesive surface of the second adhesive layer is laminated on the other surface-side of the polyurethane film, and the first adhesive layer contains an adhesive and an organic liquid component.
