摘要： A method for reducing noise of a touch panel includes: generating a detection signal including at least one contact region; generating a combination noise region including at least a portion of the at least one contact region; and generating a final detection signal. 摘要： A handover method of a portable terminal includes checking communication quality during a movement of the portable terminal in a service coverage area of a serving cell; when the communication quality is lower than preset communication level, determining one or more neighbor cells exceeding the preset communication level by considering a travel speed of the portable terminal; selecting a neighbor cell from the determined neighbor cells; and performing a handover to the service coverage area of the selected neighbor cell.
