摘要： A liquid sealing type body mount has a stopper provided in liquid chambers to function properly with high rigidity and also to improve the durability. An inner cylinder is fixed to either a body or a frame and an outer cylinder is fixed to the other. A rubber elastomer is provided between the inner and outer cylinders and defines two liquid chambers, opposed to each other with respect to the inner cylinder and an orifice passage for communicating both the liquid chambers with each other. Inside both the liquid chambers there is provided the stopper with a metal portion which protrudes in the radial direction from the inner cylinder and is embedded in a rubber portion formed integrally with the rubber elastomer. There is a slight gap between the stopper and the chamber wall surface or the stopper slightly comes into contact with the chamber wall surface.

摘要： An elastic coupling, wherein drive side and driven side collars can be press fitted easily, securely and firmly to inner cylinder members with a sufficient interference and which can be used without a danger of axial deviation or disconnection and can be enhanced in durability and reliability. It comprises drive side collars and driven side collars arranged equidistantly on a concentric circle and alternately; belt-like fiber bundles wrapping around adjacent collars; and an elastic material embedding the collars and the belt-like bundles. Cylindrical parts of the collars are integrally formed, on outer peripheries thereof with plural flange parts for holding the belt-like bundles and fitted to inner cylinder members. A central area of each of the inner peripheries of cylindrical parts is formed as a radially expanded portion from the other portion.

摘要： Vibration-isolating device having a low dynamic spring constant, particularly in a high frequency spectrum of about 150 Hz to 300 Hz, and including an annular liquid chamber defined in a rubber elastomer between an internal cylinder member and an external cylinder member. An annular stirring member is arranged in the chamber projecting from an inner periphery side of the external cylinder member inward toward a chamber wall face on the internal cylinder member side form a clearance therebetween. Upon inputting of vibrations, the dynamic spring constant is lowered by the resonance action due to the fluidization of liquid flowing vertically through the clearance within the chamber.

摘要： A liquid sealing type body mount has a vibrating coefficient at 15 Hz frequency of about 4N·s/mm, and a moving spring constant at about 100 Hz reduced to about 1000N/mm to provide vibration isolation. The liquid sealing type body mount comprises an inner cylinder fixed to one of a body and a frame on the support side, an outer cylinder fixed to the other of them, a rubber elastomer provided between the inner and outer cylinders, two liquid chambers, and an orifice passage communicating the liquid chambers with each other, in which the load of the body is input in the axial direction. End walls of both the liquid chambers are formed of a rubber film extending aslant and outward in the axial direction from the inner cylinder side toward the outer cylinder.
