摘要： A reinforced container system comprises a container having a bottom wall, a pair of opposite side walls, a pair of opposite end walls, and opposed pairs of diagonal corner panels interposed between adjacent side and end walls to form an interior space. The bottom wall includes two opposed glue panels each of which is foldably joined to respective longitudinal edges of the bottom wall and each of which attached to the respective side walls. A protective sleeve is configured to detachably attach to the container. The protective sleeve includes two side walls, two end walls and opposed pairs of diagonal corner walls interposed between adjacent side and end walls. The side walls, the end walls and the diagonal corner walls are joined to one another along four vertical hinges to whereby protect the container against tremendous forces and inertia caused by mixing or shaking machinery.

摘要： A shipping container convertible into a display container comprises a case having sidewalls, a closed bottom, and an open top. A separate cover is secured to and closes the open top. The cover comprises a lid panel coextensive in length and width with the open top. A flange depending from each of the side edges of the lid panel and attached to upper outer surfaces of the case sidewalls to secure the cover to the case. A detachable display panel is formed in the lid panel. A detachable protective panel is foldably attached to one side edge of the lid panel by weakened tear lines. The protective panel is attached to the display panel, whereby removal of the protective panel carries with it and removes the display panel to form a display opening in the lid panel for display of and access to product contained in the container.

摘要： An apparatus for processing sheets of wood veneered substrate stock into product blanks suitable for use in shipping goods, displaying goods, etc: is provided. The apparatus may include either a flat bed or platen die cutting machine or a rotary die cutting machine. In either case, the apparatus further includes a set of die cutting rules suitably configured for processing wood veneered substrate stock. The set of the die cutting rules includes at least one cutting rule and at least one slit scoring rule. The cutting rule includes a cutting blade having a cutting edge. Similarly, the slit scoring rule includes a cutting blade having a cutting edge. The cutting rule and the slit scoring rules are correspondingly dimensioned such that when mounted to the die board, the cutting edge of the cutting rule extends beyond the cutting edge of the slit scoring rule a distance D.

摘要： The embodiments of the present invention provide a blank foldable material that may be configured to form a display container. When formed, the display container is a single piece display container with sufficient structural integrity to withstand considerable weight stacked thereon. The blank is configured to form a display container that includes a pedestal portion that includes a double thickness central support and a cover portion that provides a stacking surface. The cover portion may be included or it may be substantially horizontal. Also, the display container includes a substantially vertical back portion to provide additional support for items placed upon the stacking surface. The container is easy us manufacture and assemble, yet of relatively high strength.

摘要： A container and its associated container blank for shipping and displaying products. The container blank includes a plurality of side panels, bottom panels, and top panels that are erectable into a fully enclosed shipping container. Formed in some of the side panels and some of the top panels are removable punch-out window panels. When removed, the punch-out window panels leave a top panel that defines a periphery around the “window” area. Various stacking tabs and slots are configured in the bottom panels. The stacking tabs and stacking slots are positioned such that when engaged and the containers are in a vertically stacked arrangement, the stacking tabs bias against a portion of the periphery of the top panel. When not engaged, the container has a flat bottom.

摘要： The present invention includes a blank and container formed of cellulose-based materials configured to form a triangular shaped container. The container includes a triangular shaped bottom panel, side walls and a rear wall that define a first triangular volume. The top panel and second side panels generally form a second triangular volume that is slightly larger than the first triangular volume. The second triangular volume is configured to fold over the first triangular volume such that the top panel and second side panels fully enclose the bottom panel and the first side panels. The container is locked by a friction fit between juxtaposed tabs inserted into a slot located between the ends of the intersecting first side panels.
