摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an agricultural and horticultural composition excellent in the effect of controlling plant disease or accelerating plant growth and a method for controlling plant disease or accelerating plant growth. A method for controlling plant disease or accelerating plant growth of the present invention comprises simultaneously or successively applying t-butyl (6-{[(Z)-(1-methyl-1H-5-tetrazolyl)(phenyl)methylene]aminooxymethyl}-2-pyridyl)carbamate and a phosphite salt such as potassium phosphite, ammonium phosphite, calcium phosphite, aluminum phosphite, or sodium phosphite to a plant, soil, or hydroponic plowland.
