Abstract: The present invention relates to a patch preparation having a central part and a peripheral part surrounding the central part, the patch preparation comprising: a patch preparation main body having a support and an adhesive layer which contains a drug and is formed on the support; and a release liner laminated on the adhesive layer, wherein the peripheral part has a predetermined area, and a peel force between the adhesive layer and the release liner in the predetermined area is greater than a peel force between the adhesive layer and a release liner in the central part.
