Abstract: Apparatuses and methods are provided that enable sharing a cellular radio band of a first radio access technology between a first radio access technology network element and a second radio access technology network element. A cell addition request is configured to be transmitted between the first and second network elements to enable the network elements to determine which of the two is required to schedule radio resources on the shared cellular radio band for a terminal device.
