    摘要: A shell-and-tube heat exchanger, for removing volatile substances from a polymer solution by degasification, includes a bundle of tubes arranged vertically and parallel to each other in a shell chamber through which a fluid heat-transfer medium flows. The upper end of each tube is fixed in an upper tube sheet and the lower end of each tube is fixed in a lower tube sheet, and the polymer solution flows through the tubes in the direction of gravity. One feature is that a multilayer woven wire fabric is attached to the top of the upper tube sheet. The finest meshed layer of the fabric has a mesh width of 50 μm to 1000 μm. The invention also relates to a method for removing volatile substances from a polymer solution by degasification in a shell-and-tube heat exchanger and use of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger.

    摘要: A medical punch with a hollow shaft, a tool point that is positioned on the distal end of the shaft and includes a rigid cutting part and a cutting part that can slide with respect to the rigid cutting part, and with a handle positioned on the proximal end of the shaft, such that the displaceable cutting part and the handle are operatively connected with one another by a push/pull device that is displaceably mounted in the hollow shaft and an anti-tilt mechanism is positioned on the tool point to stabilize the cutting parts in their axially parallel alignment to one another. The rigid cutting part includes a sleeve-shaped proximal portion that encloses the displaceable cutting part and a distal punch portion configured as a single unit with the sleeve-shaped portion and that the rigid cutting part should be detachably connected with the hollow shaft by a coupling mechanism formed on the sleeve-shaped portion.

    摘要: A medical instrument has a cannula, a seal disposed in the cannula. An expansion device serves for expanding the opening in the seal for guiding shafts of other instruments of greater diameter in a sealed manner through the expanded opening. The expansion device has an expansion cone with a plurality of slats mounted pivotably on an annular body at a first end thereof, a second end of the slats, being connected to the seal in an area of the opening. The slats can either be connected at its first ends to the annular body via spherical heads engaged into corresponding openings in the annular body or the slats are connected at their ends via film hinges to the annular body.
