摘要： An electric motor 1 and a worm gear 11 were housed in a case, an output shaft 2 of the electric motor 1 and a fitting hole 11C of the worm gear 11 were fitted so as to be capable of freely transmitting torque and of freely moving relatively in a direction of an axis X, and a tip of the output shaft 2 and an inner end of the fitting hole 11C set a gap D of separation in the direction of the axis X. Furthermore, a support section 30 making contact with an end section of a shaft section 11A of the worm gear 11 at the side of the electric motor 1 thereof was provided inside the case, and a thrust force resulting from dynamic inertia of the wheel gear 11 upon stopping of the electric motor 1 and acting on the worm gear 11 was borne by the support section 30.

摘要： A door lock apparatus includes: a link member interposed between a latch mechanism and an open lever and selectively operated between an unlock position and a lock position, the unlock position in which an operation of the open lever is transmitted to the latch mechanism, and the lock position in which the operation is not transmitted to the latch mechanism; and a lock operation lever including an active lever and a sub lever, the sub lever configured to operate integrally with the active lever when the link member is switched to the lock position and to cooperate with the active lever via a biasing member when the link member is switched to the unlock position. The lock operation lever is an assembly containing the active lever, the sub lever and the biasing member.

摘要： A vehicle door lock device includes a base member on which a pivot shaft is supported, a first lever rotatably supported on the pivot shaft, a second lever rotatably supported on the pivot shaft and operated in association with a door handle, an engaging member including an engaging pin for engaging the first lever and the second lever with each other in a predetermined engaging position and disengaging from each other in a predetermined release position, and an operating bringing the engaging pin to operate between the engaging position and the release position. The first lever, the second lever, the engaging member, and the operating member are arranged on one side of the base member. The base member includes a restricting projection portion on the one side for restricting a movement of the engaging pin as in the release position in a peripheral direction relative to the pivot shaft.

摘要： The present invention provides a support structure for a latch actuating lever and a lock actuating lever, which realizes a small and compact door lock apparatus for vehicles. The door lock apparatus includes a latch mechanism for maintaining a vehicle door in a closed state relative to a vehicle body, a latch actuating link coupled to the latch mechanism and actuating the latch mechanism to place the vehicle door in an openable state relative to the vehicle body, a lock actuating link for connecting or disconnecting the latch actuating link to or from the latch mechanism and thus making the latch mechanism operable or inoperable when the latch actuating link is actuated, and a base unit for supporting the latch actuating link and the lock actuating link. The base unit includes an annular support and a support shaft held in the annular support. At least one latch actuating lever, constituting the latch actuating link, is rotatablely supported on either one of the annular support and the support shaft, and at least one lock actuating lever, constituting the lock actuating link, is rotatablely supported on the other one of the annular support and the support shaft.
