Abstract: A dental treatment tray for applying a dental treatment to teeth and/or gums of a user includes a top tray including a base surface having at least one hole extending through the base surface, and a bottom tray including a base surface having at least one hole extending through the base surface. The dental treatment tray includes at least one chamber formed between the base surface of the top tray and the base surface of the bottom tray, and at least one dental treatment capsule contained within the chamber. The capsule encapsulates the dental treatment and is configured to release the dental treatment when in the mouth of the user. The at least one hole of the top tray and the at least one hole of the bottom tray are configured to permit passage of the dental treatment from the chamber to the teeth and/or gums of the user.
