Abstract: The invention provided herein provides dosage and dosage regimens for N-((5-fluoro-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-4-yl)methyl)-8-(2-methylpyridin-3-yl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-c]pyrimidin-5-amine (Compound (1)), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, Compound (1) for the treatment of PRC2-mediated diseases or disorders.
