Abstract: The present invention provides the foot cover which inhibits deterioration in comfort in wearing and decrease in flexibility which would be caused by an adhesive member provided at a heel part. The foot cover includes a plantar part which is to cover a sole of a foot, and a side part which is to cover a toe and a heel of the foot and to cover both sides of the foot which extend from the toe to the heel. The side part is made of seamless annular flexible cloth having a foot insertion opening part, and the plantar part is joined to the side part with a joining process excluding sewing.
