Abstract: A catheter includes: an outer tube; an inner tube provided inside of the outer tube; and a branched part that separates the outer tube and the inner tube from each other on a first end side thereof, wherein a ratio between cross-sectional areas of a first lumen formed at least by inside of the outer tube and outside of the inner tube and a second lumen formed within the inner tube is set such that a ratio between cross-sectional areas of the outer tube and the inner tube in the branched part is equal to or greater than the ratio between the cross-sectional areas of the first lumen and the second lumen in a state where the inner tube is arranged inside of the outer tube in a length direction in which the outer tube and the inner tube extend.

Abstract: An endoscope cap includes: a hood portion attached to a distal end portion of an endoscope; a cap portion connected to a distal end of the hood portion, having an abutting surface against which the endoscope is abutted in a state of the endoscope being inserted into the hood portion, and protruding from the distal end of the hood portion; a channel tube into which an elongated device is inserted; and a coupling member for coupling the device with the hood portion, the member being supported by the hood portion and extending along the hood portion. The hood portion has a pair of support holes into which the member is inserted. The member is pivotable with respect to the hood portion, with the individual support holes serving as fulcrums. The holes are formed at positions closer to a proximal end of the hood portion than the abutting surface is.

At an end of the conduit part inserted into inside the branched part, an opening of each of the plurality of lumens is provided along a different axis line with each other, and a level difference is formed at the end of the conduit part.
