Abstract: A display request reception unit receives a request for display of an entry screen for entering examination information of a current examination performed on a patient, and a screen generation unit generates an entry screen. A diagnosis detail reception unit receives entry of examination information on the entry screen. An examination information storage unit stores examination information of a past examination. A notification determination unit determines whether or not to give notification regarding a past examination of the same patient after the display request reception unit receives the request for display. A notification execution unit gives predetermined notification regarding the past examination when the notification determination unit determines to give notification.
