Abstract: An endoscope clip can include an arm portion that can move into the following configurations: a closed configuration, a first open configuration in which the pair of arms are separated at a first distance, and a second open configuration in which the pair of arms are separated at a second distance larger than the first distance. The endoscope clip can also include an operation wire and a restriction portion configured to restrict movement of the operation wire to fix the arm portion in one of the possible configurations.
