Abstract: An electrically-operated ON/OFF valve for a high pressure hydrogen tank for an automotive fuel cell system has a valve body, a solenoid group, a first gate that achieves a first-stage seal, and a sealing element provided with a main sealing surface to achieve a second-stage seal. The first-stage seal and the second-stage seal are both achieved by the sealing element.
