摘要： Embodiments provide for therapeutic agents and methods of use thereof, for treating one or more diseases or conditions. In one example, the therapeutic agent is a lipid nanoparticle comprised of an ionizable lipid, a PEG lipid, a sterol, and a structural lipid, the lipid nanoparticle including one or more mRNA molecules encoding for a soluble form of human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 and/or variations thereof. In this way, one or more signs or symptoms of Covid-19 may be treated via use of the therapeutic agent.
