摘要： This invention provides a resin for light guiding plates which retains physical properties as acrylic resins such as transparency and exhibits good processability with minimum scorching of an edge during polishing or cutting. This resin for light guiding plates is made of a polymer prepared by polymerizing a mixture comprising 100 parts by weight of a polymerizable material consisting of 91 to 100% by weight of methyl methacrylate and 0 to 9% by weight of a monofunctional acrylate, and 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate. The resin preferably comprises 0.01 to 1000 ppm of a diffusing agent.
