Abstract: A hearing device to be worn at least partly behind an ear of a user, comprising a housing; and a radio-frequency antenna arranged at least partly inside the housing is disclosed. The radio-frequency antenna is configured to receive and/or transmit electromagnetic radio-frequency signals, wherein the radio-frequency antenna comprises: at least one first antenna element with a plate like first surface, wherein the first antenna element has a feed for electrically connecting the radio-frequency antenna, and wherein the first antenna element has a ground.
