摘要： Oleophobic and hydrophobic polymers are disclosed which are obtained from the polymerization of one or more fluorinated monomers with or without a minor amount of one or more nonfluorinated monomers in the presence of a nonfluorinated acrylic resin which represents from 20 to 80% by weight of the mixture of the monomer and resin. These polymers are useful for imparting oleophobic and hydrophobic properties to substrates such as textiles.
