摘要： In some embodiments, a hybrid wood material comprises a high density softwood core and a cork insulator joined together by an adhesive. The softwood core may comprise of Forest Stewardship Council softwood. Preferably, no formaldehyde is used in the fabrication of the material. The material may be used for flooring applications.
