Abstract: There is provided a damper device, including: a base; a rotor rotatably supported by the base; a cap defining a housing chamber of the rotor together with the base; and viscous liquid filled in the housing chamber. The base and the cap define a reservoir chamber for the viscous liquid on an outer side of the housing chamber in a radial direction. A gap between the housing chamber and the reservoir chamber is sealed.
